Job summary

Little Words Project LLC is hiring Temporary Sales Associates for our Gaylord Orlando Pop-Up. You’ll connect with guests, share our mission of kindness and self-love, and help guests create meaningful bracelets in a fast-paced holiday setting.

Join a brand focused on connection and positivity, with opportunities to drive sales and earn commissions while delivering a memorable in-store experience for visitors from across the country.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to engage customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Comfort with beading or crafts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences by sharing the Little Words Project story.
• Assist guests in finding bracelets that are meaningful to them.
• Support Bead Bar activities and fulfill custom orders.
• Process transactions accurately and handle checkout efficiently.
• Help drive sales and commissions while maintaining holiday pop-up standards.
• Keep the pop-up organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and other operational tasks.

Little Words Project is bringing our Pop-Up experience and message of kindness, connection, and self-love to the Gaylord Hotel & Convention Center in Orlando, FL this holiday season—and we’re looking for enthusiastic Temporary Sales Associates to join our team!

Join our holiday Pop-Up team and help bring the Little Words Project experience to life! You’ll connect with guests, share our story, help people create meaningful bracelets, and make each visit a memorable one. It’s a fast-paced, fun environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make genuine connections while helping guests find something special for themselves or someone they love.

What You’ll Do

• Create memorable guest experiences by sharing the Little Words Project mission and helping guests find bracelets that inspire them or someone they love.
• Connect and sell by making personalized recommendations and helping guests discover pieces that are meaningful to them.
• Bring the Bead Bar to life by helping guests create and personalize bracelets and fulfilling custom orders.
• Deliver an amazing checkout experience by accurately processing transactions and answering guest questions.
• Drive sales and earn commission by engaging guests, building connections, and helping the team achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Keep the pop-up beautiful, organized, stocked, and holiday-ready throughout the day.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, replenishment, clienteling, and other operational needs.
• Capture fun, authentic in-store moments and help create an engaging brand experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team and jump in wherever needed during busy periods.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

• Retail experience preferred—but if you’re a fast learner with a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!
• You’re a people person who genuinely enjoys connecting with others.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with guests.
• A natural sales mindset—you’re excited by goals, motivated by results, and enjoy creating great experiences.
• Passion for beading, styling, creativity, and self-expression.
• You’re positive, flexible, and bring a “let’s figure it out” attitude to the team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including peak holiday periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team.
