Job Highlights

$16.75 - $18.83 per hour!

This seasonal part-time role has a big-time impact! Our Seasonal Part-Time Sales Teammates are major players for our brand during our busiest seasons. This role is responsible for generating sales by providing an exceptional shopping experience. The Sales Teammate maximizes sales through friendly, knowledgeable service and maintaining a neat, clean store environment. We seek passionate, proactive individuals eager to earn and stay busy during summer or holiday breaks.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Available for flexible schedules

• Able to perform essential functions of the role

• Previous retail experience, especially in customer-facing roles (preferred but not required)

Role Purpose

The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPIs by embodying brand values and providing a unique customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, they execute routine duties and may assume Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.

Requirements

• 0-3 months retail experience in sports/apparel & footwear
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends

Physical Requirements

• Handle products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Move about store for extended periods
• Access all store areas
