Job summary

Mind Games USA in Columbia, MD is seeking a seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them find products while operating the POS system and maintaining store presentation.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales or retail, a HS diploma, and a willingness to learn about games, toys, and collectibles. This is a seasonal, on-site position with potential for future opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is required.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of customers.
• Ability to multitask, respond to competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for or knowledge of pop culture, games, toys, collectibles, and board games is preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while assisting customers efficiently.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and loss-prevention requirements.
