Job summary

World Market in Colorado Springs is hiring seasonal associates to create a fun, memorable shopping experience. You’ll share product knowledge, help customers find the perfect items, and work with a friendly team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Earn $15.16–$15.66 per hour with flexible scheduling, paid sick leave during the season, and opportunities for growth and training. Applicants must be 16+ and able to lift up to 40 lbs.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

Hourly Pay Range is $15.16-$15.66

Seasonal associates are eligible for paid sick leave accrual upon hire. If offered regular employment at the end of the seasonal period, additional benefits are available dependent upon classification.
