Job Highlights

$16.75-$18.83 per hour!

This seasonal part-time role has a significant impact! Our Seasonal Part-Time Sales Teammates are key players during our busiest seasons. This role is responsible for generating sales by providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. The Sales Teammate maximizes sales through efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service, and ensures the store is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times. We seek individuals who love challenges, make things happen, and are passionate about their work. We count on our Teammates to:

• Offer excellent customer service, from greeting to checkout
• Assist customers in selecting the right apparel and footwear
• Share knowledge and enthusiasm about our products
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store as needed

Minimum requirements include:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Flexible availability
• Comfort with or willingness to learn technology (computers, mobile devices)
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous customer-facing work experience (not required but a plus)

The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPIs by embodying brand values to create a unique customer experience. This role reports to the Store Manager and may assume Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.

Your Impact

• Assist customers to meet sales targets
• Deliver omni-channel requests following UA policies
• Model UA service culture and customer expectations

• Participate in training to incorporate product knowledge into sales

Retail Operations

• Maintain merchandise standards

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills
• Fluency in the local language

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 0-3 months experience in sports/apparel & footwear retail
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends

Physical Requirements

• Handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Move about store for extended periods
• Access all store areas
