Job summary

ProCook is seeking friendly, enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Advisors to join our Livingston store during our peak trading period. You’ll help customers find the perfect gift, share your knowledge of cookware and kitchen essentials, and ensure our shelves are fully stocked with customer favourites.

We have 2 x temporary part-time contracts working 8 hours per week, mainly on weekends with some flexibility. This seasonal role offers training and an opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Friendly and enthusiastic approach to serving customers.
• Willingness to work peak-period shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and sharing knowledge of cookware.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and store presentation is maintained.
• Support busy peak periods and holiday promotions at the Livingston store.

Join ProCook this Peak Season and help us serve up an exceptional shopping experience.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Advisors to join our team during our busiest time of the year. Whether you're helping customers find the perfect gift, sharing your knowledge of cookware and kitchen essentials, or ensuring our shelves are fully stocked with customer favourites, you'll play an important role in making our stores a great place to shop.

We have 2 x temporary part-time contract working 8 hours per week throughout our peak trading period, including the Holiday Season and New Year in our Livingston Store. The shifts will mainly be over the weekend, however some flexibility is required.

The key ingredient we're looking for? Flexibility and Great Customer Service.

You’ll need to be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the peak trading period, including evenings to support late-night shopping, weekends, Black Friday, Christmas Eve and New Year. Flexibility is essential as this is our busiest season.

A seasonal role is a fantastic way to get to know ProCook. While we can't guarantee a permanent position, some of our Seasonal Sales Advisors have gone on to build longer-term careers with us when opportunities have arisen.
