Job summary

Le Creuset Woodburn Premium Outlets is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to help create exceptional customer experiences and support the store team during the busy holiday season.

You will engage customers, share product knowledge for cooking, baking, and entertaining, assist with POS, stock, and merchandising, and help maintain brand standards while working a flexible schedule through January 8, 2027.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work at least 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility for more during busy periods.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will help create exceptional customer experiences and support the store team during our busy holiday season. You will connect with customers, provide personalized service, share your knowledge and enthusiasm for Le Creuset products, and contribute to the achievement of store sales goals. Through teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, you will help maintain an inviting store environment and bring the Le Creuset brand to life. This is a temporary seasonal position expected to continue through January 8, 2027.

Drive Sales Results: Achieve individual sales, service, and KPI goals by engaging customers, applying Le Creuset's selling approach, communicating current promotions, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.

Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build meaningful customer relationships, provide personalized service, and confidently share product knowledge and inspiration related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.

Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with point-of-sale transactions, product replenishment, inventory activities, merchandising, and other operational procedures while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain Brand and Store Standards: Help create a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by supporting Le Creuset's visual, service, safety, and operational standards.

Contribute to the Store Team: Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, demonstrate reliability, and adapt to changing priorities during the busy holiday season.

The Perfect Blend: What We're Looking For

Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment

A customer-focused approach with strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs

Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Availability to work throughout the seasonal assignment, which is expected to continue through January 8, 2027

Ability to stand and walk on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

A genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and the Le Creuset brand
