Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in RV, automotive, or related trades.
• Familiarity with hitch installation and brake controller setup.
• Willingness to work weekends and in un-climate-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot RV systems.
• Perform repairs and conduct pre-delivery inspections.
• Read and write clear repair orders and communicate with service advisors.

Skills

Hands-on experience in RV or automotive trades

Basic electrical knowledge of 12V and 110V systems

Strong hand-eye coordination

Proficient in using hand/power tools

Valid driver's license

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
