Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in RV, automotive, or related trades.
• Proficient in reading tape measures and using tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot RV systems and components.
• Perform functional repairs and install parts to meet quality standards.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure readiness for customers.

Skills

Hands-on experience in RV, automotive, or related trades

Basic electrical knowledge of 12V and 110V systems

Strong hand-eye coordination

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

RVIA/RVIT certification or equivalent maintenance experience
