Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in RV, automotive, or related trades.
• Familiarity with hitch installation and brake controller setup.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV systems and components.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Communicate effectively with service teams.

Skills

Hands-on experience in RV or automotive

Electrical knowledge of 12V and 110V systems

Proficient in reading tape measures

Mechanical aptitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

RVIA/RVIT certification or equivalent experience

Hand and power tools
