Qualifications

• Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card and acceptable driving record.
• 2+ years equipment operation and maintenance (Roller) preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy rolling machine to compact earth, subgrade or bituminous surface.
• Perform daily equipment and site inspections for safety.
• Maintain and service roller; identify rolling patterns for quality surface.
• Assist in loading/unloading equipment and coordinate with crew to meet production targets.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors, even under stress.
