Qualifications

• 2+ years of equipment operation and maintenance (Roller) preferred.
• Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card, and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy rolling machine to compact earth to grade specifications.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to identify and correct unsafe conditions.
• Maintain positive customer relations and act courteous/respectful.
