Job summary

Ferrovial’s Webber Infrastructure Canada unit seeks an Equipment Operator to maintain contracted assets on roadways and related infrastructure under supervision of the Operations Manager. The role requires a High School diploma, 3+ years in construction/road maintenance, and a valid Ontario DZ license; duties include snow removal, signs and guardrail upkeep, and operating heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in construction, road maintenance, or outdoor maintenance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Remove snow and ice using snow removal and/or sanding equipment.
• Maintain and repair highway surfaces, signs, guardrails, fences, lighting, potholes, striping, reflectors, litter and debris removal.
• Operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right-of-way maintenance and repair; manage slopes, berms, culverts, drains, etc.
