Baptist Health is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for the Tier 1 Pool Observation Seasonal Contract in Boynton Beach, FL. The role focuses on observation and non-procedural care with flexible 12-hour shift patterns in a per diem, seasonal pool setting.

Eligible RNs may select 12-, 16-, 18-, or 24-week contracts, float across hospital units, and serve in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality patient care. Licensure and certifications vary by unit and are required as listed.

Qualifications

• ASN or nursing degree required; FL RN license or eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required per unit.
• BSN preferred or completion timeline per policy.

Responsibilities

• Float to all areas as needed or assigned.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend (36 hours/week).
• Provide patient-family centered care and maintain evidence-based practice standards.
