Job summary

St. Anthony Summit Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient-centered care, coordinating with the healthcare team to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

You will promote safety and deliver care using the nursing process in a mission-driven environment. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to apply nursing theory in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma and licensure in state of employment.
• RN License in state of employment.
• 1 year of inpatient RN experience.
• BLS from American Heart Association.
• ACLS from American Heart Association.
• NIHSS certification.
• Physical requirements: medium work to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Evaluate patient response and implement care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Document status, interventions, and outcomes accurately; use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
• Provide patient/family education and assess learning readiness.
