St. Anthony Summit Hospital seeks a Critical Care Tech to support patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians. You will handle direct and indirect patient care, place orders, stock supplies, and assist with medical records.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• EMT certificate and IV Therapy certificate or EMTA/EMTI/Paramedic certificate required.
• Preferred: one year healthcare experience in prehospital, ED, or patient care.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with RN and Physician about patient observations and safety concerns.
• Performs clinical tasks under supervision (IV insertion, wound care, splinting) according to policies.
• Provides person-centered care with empathy and teamwork.
• Documents tasks and observations accurately in the patient record.
• Demonstrates safe clinical practices to protect patients and staff.
• Collaborates with medicine, nursing, and other healthcare professionals on care plans.
