Job summary

Aurora Medical Center-Summit is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU on the Summit, WI campus. This part-time role is 0.6 FTE with night shifts from 7p to 7a and every third weekend, plus three holidays annually.

ICU/Stepdown experience and a passion for critical care are highly valued. You will join a 14-bed ICU team that serves trauma, surgical, cardiac, and neuro patients, supported by CNAs and HUCs, with staffing reviewed every four hours to ensure top patient care and

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or within 6 months of hire.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) certificate or within 6 months of hire.
• Critical Care Registered Nurse(CCRN), preferred and optional

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience in the ICU Summit unit.
