Job summary

UF Health Central Florida announces a 13-week seasonal Market Resource Pool RN position in Leesburg, FL. The RN will cover 12-hour shifts, with premium pay for day ($70/hour) and night ($75/hour) schedules, and will float to UF Health Leesburg Hospital and UF Health The Villages Campus based on needs and competency.

The role requires a Florida RN license, BLS and ACL, and a minimum of 2 years RN experience with 1 year in the ED.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associates Degree required.
• Florida Registered Nurse License, BLS, ACL required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience and 1 year ED experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during shifts.
• Adapt to float assignments across UF Health Leesburg and Spanish Plaines campuses.
