Job summary

UF Health Central Florida Division in Leesburg is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the Market Resource Pool to support patient care across Central Florida during a 13-week seasonal assignment. The role entails working three 12-hour shifts per week with scheduling determined in partnership with the unit director.

Compensation includes a day shift rate of $70/hour and a night shift rate of $75/hour, with overtime paid in accordance with the FLSA based on a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Min. of 2 yrs of RN experience and 1 year ED experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with unit director and charge nurse to ensure patient safety.
• Provide care across multiple UF Health locations as assigned.
