Job summary

UF Health Central Florida invites experienced RNs to join the Market Resource Pool for a 13-week seasonal assignment across Leesburg and Spanish Plaines campuses. Eligible RNs earn premium pay with day ($70/hour) and night ($75/hour) shifts and support patient care across Central Florida.

Shifts are three 12-hour rotations per week, with scheduling in partnership with unit directors. Float assignments within UF Health Leesburg Hospital and UF Health The Villages Hospital may be required based on

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to assess patients and diagnose.
• Formulate and implement care plans based on diagnosis.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and adjust as needed.
