Job summary

Shifts are assigned through a float pool across locations. Base pay is $65.00 per hour, with potential shift differentials; prior BLS and Florida RN/APRN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or APRN in Florida.
• BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• RN Residency Program for new to practice nurses.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows.

Responsibilities

• Develops plan to attain expected outcomes.
• Implements plan of care and medical plan of care as appropriate.
• Instructs and educates patients to promote health and safety.
• Evaluates progress toward outcomes.
• Practices ethically and liaises with SDM and quality improvement teams.
