Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health (NCH) is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within the Cardiac Cath department as part of the Temporary Staffing Pool. The role involves independent planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care with leadership responsibilities.

The program offers temporary full-time or part-time contracts (12, 24, or 36 weeks) at an elevated hourly rate, with shifts assigned through a float pool based on clinical specialty and location needs.

Qualifications

• RN or APRN license in Florida.
• BLS certification from ARC or AHA.
• All new to practice RNs will be placed into the RN Residency Program.
• Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care per standards of care, policy and procedure.
• Provides direct nursing care and assumes teaching and leadership responsibilities.
• Participates in shared decision making and quality improvement activities.
• Demonstrates leadership in the professional practice setting and collaborates with the inter-professional team.
• Coordinates care delivery and communicates effectively to ensure safe, effective care.
