Job summary

A premier river adventure company is seeking a Northern Rivers Manager to oversee operations for their river trips in Montana. This role includes coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring a high-quality experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a commercial rafting guide, demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills, and be physically capable of handling equipment. Compensation is partially salaried, with additional daily wages accrued during trips, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience as a commercial rafting guide.
• Must be able to work effectively and efficiently without supervision.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of ROW Northern Rivers trips.
• Supervise guides, drivers, and other staff.
• Ensure the quality of operations and guest experience.
