Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks to assure a well maintained, safe and clean facility.
• Patrols recreational areas and facilities to maintain security and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations and policies.
• Collects and accounts for all fees collected on their shift and reports all income through the DCR reporting system on a daily basis while on duty.
• Maintains records and prepares reports concerning assigned work to provide information and make appropriate recommendations.
• Operating and performing routine maintenance on various types of equipment and vehicles; providing information to the general public; and using small hand tools.
• Provide accurate information to park visitors about all park related activities available to them.
• Salaries are based upon full‑time/40 hours worked per week. Work schedules and days off are at the discretion of the Supervisor. This position may require working weekends and/or holidays.
