Everything Kitchens is seeking a highly organized Seasonal Returns Associate to join our Returns team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will process returns during our peak season, using independent judgment while following established procedures to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate & Process Returns: Assess returned merchandise.
• Independent Decision Making: Use strong judgement to decide product condition, restocking viability and refunds.
• Follow Instructions & Learn: Follow procedures, keep workspace organized, ask questions when unclear.
• System Navigation: Manage multiple windows; Windows proficiency is required.
• Maintain Pace: Work in a high-volume seasonal environment to meet daily targets without compromising quality.
