Job summary

Blue Seal Farm & Home in Rochester, NH seeks a Store & Warehouse Associate for a seasonal, part-time role averaging 25–30 hours weekly. Weekend availability is required to support customers and inventory flow.

You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, receive orders, and help merchandise and load products for both private and commercial customers. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance in a retail farm supply environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 55 lbs to a height of 50 inches.
• Solid work history with reliable attendance.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product needs and questions.
• Cashier with register; stock and load store customers.
• Receive orders, merchandising, and vendor orders for the store.
• Load and unload bagged feeds and related products for customers.
• Operate hand truck and forklift safely.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety; report concerns.
