Job summary

Blue Seal Farm & Home in Litchfield, CT is hiring a Store Associate for a full-time role with weekend availability. You will handle customer service, transactions, loading purchases, and merchandising while upholding store standards and inventory accuracy.

• Ability to work with general direction and minimal guidance.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
