Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, CO is hiring a Retail Supervisor for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. All teams need a strong leader who promotes learning and customer service, delegates tasks, and trains Customer Experience Guides.

You partner with store leadership to meet brand objectives even in their absence and help customers with merchandise knowledge. You will maintain organized stores, manage POS systems, perform opening/closing procedures, and ensure accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS NOT BOUND BY CONVENTION: empower staff to offer outstanding service through consistent personal examples and encouragement; provide proactive coaching to continually elevate customer service.
• BEING ACTION-ORIENTED, TAKING INITIATIVE AND DELEGATING: partner with In-Store Visual Merchandiser to identify and execute regular priorities.
• LEADING BY EXAMPLE AND ACTIVELY COACHING: lead by example and inspire your team to live the company’s mission, coach team on daily priorities of Retail Environmental Activism Program.
• VALUING AND DEMONSTRATING QUALITY IN ALL THAT YOU DO: ensure safety and well-being of customers and employees; assist in hiring suitable talent.
• BEING A LIFE-LONG LEARNER: show initiative, welcome feedback, assist in training and development.
• CREATING A SAFE STORE ENVIRONMENT: maintain a safe, respectful, harassment-free store; foster supportive environment.
