Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and offering styling advice tailored to individual needs.

Product Knowledge:Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Uncommon James products, including new arrivals and bestsellers, to effectively communicate product benefits and features.

Styling:Offer personalized styling sessions, helping customers put together looks that enhance their personal style and meet their specific needs.

Sales:Achieve and exceed sales goals by actively engaging customers, upselling, and cross-selling products.

Visual Merchandising:Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed according to brand standards.

Inventory Management:Participate in inventory management tasks, including restocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays.

Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Brand Ambassador:Represent Uncommon James brand values and aesthetics, maintaining a professional and fashionable appearance.
