Job summary

Kendra Scott in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Stylist to bring our brand to life during peak seasons. You will deliver WOW service and represent the Kendra Scott culture with energy and poise.

You will educate guests on product details, make thoughtful recommendations, and collaborate with the team across Salesfloor, Colorbar and Events to ensure outstanding guest experiences. This role requires 18+, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 6 hours per shift.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Position Overview

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring our brand to life during some of the most incredible times of year! Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by Making a Difference in their day! You are the face of our organization and you're proud of it! You love our inspired designs and purpose driven brand. Most importantly, you represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively!

Your Responsibilities

• You take Action:Making a Difference in your guest’s day is your priority. You assist in proactively resolving concerns to ensure their experience is always positive.
• You Collaborate: You're always willing to support your team in providing WOW experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.
• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
