Job summary

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery in Waterbury is seeking a friendly Seasonal Retail Associate to join our Cabot team at the Waterbury Annex and/or Hardwick Yellow Barn. You will greet shoppers, share Cabot's story, and help customers with product selection.

Responsibilities include operating the register, stocking shelves, maintaining a clean sales floor, assisting with tastings and events, and supporting team as needed. Starting rate is $22 per hour, with equal opportunity employment.

Our retail team helps create a welcoming experience for visitors while sharing the Cabot story and our award-winning cheese and dairy products with customers from near and far.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and be comfortable standing during the shift
