Job summary

At Home Group Inc. Seasonal Team Member helps support store operations during peak periods by assisting with merchandising, freight, front-end duties, and customer service across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to maintain a well-organized, customer-focused environment.

This is a seasonal/temporary role with no guarantee of ongoing employment. Seasonal team members may apply for regular part-time or full-time positions as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and select holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service.
• Works across store areas: sales floor, front end, stockroom, and receiving.
• Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate transactions and a positive shopping experience.
• Processes freight and replenishes merchandise per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness and supports safety, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention initiatives.
