Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits in relation to customers’ needs.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales using effective selling techniques.
• Thank customers sincerely and invite them to return and shop with us again.
• Maintain merchandising standards and keep the store clean and organized.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Stock shelves, assist with inventory, and support promotions across channels.
