Job summary

C-A-L Ranch Stores Ely location is seeking a team member for a 120-day assignment to maintain customer service standards, assist in merchandising, signing, pricing, and point of sale operations. You will process freight and help with loss prevention in line with store policies.

Greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products while maintaining product knowledge and promotional signage. Strong communication and computer skills are essential in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and to shift priorities accordingly.
• Familiar with how to operate a computer system and email.
• Preferably familiar with standard retail concepts and practices.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help customers locate products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain knowledge of Coastal Farm products and promotions; keep signage and pricing accurate.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed; perform daily cleaning and general upkeep.
