Michaels in Des Moines–Ankeny, IA is seeking a friendly Store Team Member to assist customers, stock shelves, and keep a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You will help with checkout, returns, and omni-channel tasks while upholding company standards.

The role supports customer service, rewards program enrollments, and a positive store environment. Prior retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock merchandise and support store recovery and cleanliness.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
