Michaels in North Little Rock, AR is hiring a part-time Seasonal Service Team Member to assist customers, stock shelves, and operate the checkout with care. You’ll help shoppers locate products, enroll customers in rewards, and support omnichannel services like BOPIS and SFS.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift and move merchandise.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs; maintain store recovery standards.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
