Responsibilities

• Make the customer the top priority.
• Educate and assist customers to help them make the best choice.
• Maintain and recover selling floor with available sizes/colors/styles.
• Promote events and merchandise assortments through selling floor presentation.
• Ensure fitting rooms are ready and merchandise is properly returned to floor.
• Support Macy's initiatives to drive sales while maintaining safety policies.
• Communicate with vendors and managers for event promotions.
