• Execute POS and customer service standards with courtesy, speed, and efficiency.

• Support inventory accuracy and proper POS procedures.
• Assist training for new hires on service team and Kohl's brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register, cash balancing, change orders, replenish supplies).
