Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payment methods.
• Execute POS and customer service standards accurately and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service procedures and Kohl's brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes like register reconciliation and replenishment.
