Macy's in Albuquerque is seeking a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague to deliver warm, personalized service on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You’ll understand customer needs, recommend products, and help create memorable holiday shopping moments.

You’ll work 10–20 hours per week depending on business needs, stay friendly and organized, and contribute to a clean, inviting store environment while supporting sales goals and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics.
• You can handle electronic devices with no problem.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, learn about arrivals and promotions, and engage to sell.
• Meet daily sales goals and drive customer loyalty.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting.
• Merchandise receipts, process damages, and prepare items for return.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program.
• End interactions with a thank-you and using the customer's name.
