Job summary

Macy's is hiring a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague to deliver friendly service, understand customer needs, and connect shoppers with the right products. You’ll work on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, turning everyday visits into memorable moments through warmth, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality.

Seasonal hours are typically 10–20 per week and depend on business needs. Availability on days, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
• You can handle electronic devices with no problem
