Job summary

Macy's is hiring a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague to deliver friendly, personalized service and help customers find the right products. You’ll engage with shoppers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, driving loyalty and sales while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Seasonal hours are typically 10-20 per week. You’ll help keep the space inviting, share product knowledge, and contribute to a positive customer experience during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with dependable attendance.
• Reading and understanding employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Must be able to meet daily sales goals and work toward targets.
