Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships to deliver personalized service.
• Help customers find products and connect them with right services on the floor or in fitting rooms.
• Maintain a clean, organized, inviting sales floor and keep signage updated.
• Merchandise new receipts, process damages, and manage returns to vendors as needed.
• Update prices and signs and support merchandise moves as directed by leadership.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits and assist customers in using it.
• Close interactions with customers and ensure a warm, friendly checkout experience.
