Responsabilidades

• Generate Sales
• Responsible for meeting their goals/measures
• Develops and maintains relationships with top customers
• Supports in-store event sourcing and execution
• Leads the store in email capture and educating new associates on best practices
• Ensures the customer wish list is always current with customers being notified when product arrives.
• Assists with training new associates
• Held to recruit, train, motivate, and inspire as part of daily duties
• Maintains efficient merchandise controls
• Maintains loss prevention awareness at all times
• H helps maintain a clean and tidy store environment
• H elps to maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass (floorset), and brand initiatives
• Contributes to weekly product feedback
