Job summary

vineyard vines is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate to support the Retail team and drive sales through exceptional customer service. You will reinforce our brand promise and help create an inviting shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, building relationships with top customers, and assisting with in-store events, training new associates, and maintaining product standards. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate Sales
• Responsible for meeting their goals/measures
• Develops and maintains relationships with top customers
• Supports in-store event sourcing and execution
• Leads the store in email capture and educating new associates on best practices
• Ensures the customer wish list is always current with customers being notified when product arrives.
• Assists with training new associates
• Wants to foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environment
• Helps recruit and refer top talent for the store’s teams
• Supports store and team-building activities with the management team
• Maintains efficient merchandise controls
• Maintains loss prevention awareness at all times
• Helps maintain a clean and tidy store environment
• Helps to maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass, and brand initiatives
• Contributes to weekly product feedback
