Job summary

TPS Group Holdings LLC is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for a West Hartford, CT location to deliver world class service and meet sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, explain features, stock shelves, and process transactions with accuracy.

After training, ear piercings may be conducted at select locations, following health guidelines. A courteous, professional demeanor and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS Systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver World Class Service using the G.U.E.S.T. service approach.
• Greet and welcome customers warmly.
• Explain product features and benefits in relation to customer needs.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales using effective selling techniques.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Operate POS and process transactions accurately.
• After training, perform ear piercings and provide a safe, sanitary experience where required.
