Job summary

TPS Group Holdings LLC is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver world-class customer service using the G.U.E.S.T. approach. You will greet customers, assess needs, explain product benefits, and upsell while maintaining merchandising standards across the store.

Responsibilities include processing transactions at the POS, stocking shelves, and maintaining a welcoming, clean environment in a fast-paced retail setting. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail is preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to multitask while attending to customers.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits with in-depth knowledge.
• Suggest additional items to upsell using effective selling techniques.
• Thank the customer and invite them to return and shop with us again.
• Build customer loyalty by being friendly and attentive.
• Contribute to a positive work environment with respectful behavior.
• Present oneself professionally and comply with dress code.
• Support all sales efforts across channels to maximize sales.
• Capture accurate customer information at the POS.
• Be aware of current promotions and process them at the POS.
• Participate in training and development.
• Prepare incoming product for the floor following guidance from supervisors.
• Merchandise products per visual standards.
• Provide safe, sanitary ear piercings where allowed by location.
• Maintain store cleanliness and basic maintenance.
• Complete other tasks as directed by management.
