Job summary

ALO in Dallas is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to support peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life through authentic connection, product expertise, and personalized service.

The role drives sales, helps build customer loyalty, and supports a high-performing team while navigating merchandising, inventory flow, and store initiatives. Part-time, non-exempt hours with a blackout period during the holidays.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Strong customer service mindset focused on exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with ability to achieve individual and team results.
• Aligned with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Constant movement required on the sales floor and back of house.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Part-Time availability during peak season and Blackout period.

Responsibilities

• Impact store environment positively in line with leadership and company goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage customers to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results.
• Ensure front- and back-of-house coverage with staffing and selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on product, community, and culture.
• Maintain schedule to support the best business strategy with leadership.
• Assist with shipments and product flow, including merchandising and replenishment.
• Follow all store procedures and policies.
• Stay active on floors; perform other tasks to keep store clean and safe.
