Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

• Constant movement around store floors and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner aligned with store leadership and company goals
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results; support action plans
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives
• Educate on store goals, initiatives, product launches, and guest-facing programs
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model through personal testimony
• Leverage company tools and incentives to meet store goals
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
• Educate guests and staff on product, community and culture
• Protect the daily schedule prioritizing business strategy with leadership
• Assist in processing shipment and product flow including merchandising and replenishment
• Execute front and back of house procedures per Policy & Procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficient operation of the store
