Macy's is hiring a Vendor Paid Merchandise Selling Support Colleague at our Florida store. You will assist customers with product selection, maintain selling floor standards, and act as a product expert for the vendor funding the role.

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong merchandising skills.

• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Able to use a calculator.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to collaborate as a member of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Make the customer the top priority.
• Leverage product knowledge to educate customers and increase sales.
• Assist with maintaining and recovering the selling floor, ensuring all sizes, colors and styles are available.
• Ensure appropriate selling floor presentation by promoting events and merchandise assortments.
• Ensure fitting rooms are customer-ready by promptly clearing brand-specific merchandise and returning it to the appropriate area on the selling floor.
• Exhibit friendly and helpful customer experience expectations.
• Drive and exceed department goals by executing Macy's initiatives to actively drive the business.
• Maintain communication with vendors and managers for support on driving sales and event promotions.
• Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Complete other customer-facing tasks as needed.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities.
